二、Overview

1. Shelter is of steel framed structure or aluminum alloy structure, and is used in the working rooms of equipment such as communication, navigation, weather, radar, etc. of civil aviation airports, and is also suitable for other application scenarios.

2. Cabin interior is configured with: low voltage power distribution system, bridge system, lighting system (including emergency lighting, switches, sockets), air conditioning system, fire fighting system, ground wire bar system, reserved feeder window, ventilation window, etc.

3. Canopy mounted on top of the gondola security door, canopy dimensions: 1.5 (L) * 0.8 (W) m.

4. The outer surface of the shelter is sprayed with a red and white 1 meter square paint checker, the paint surface is smooth and smooth, with bright colors. The inner surface of the shelter is sprayed with white paint, which is beautiful.

5. All metal materials in the shelter were treated for corrosion protection, with steel parts painted and aluminum parts anodized.

四、Characteristic

1. Plate: Sandwich heat shield, light weight and good rigidity.

2. The floor loading is≥1200KG/m, and the top loading of the shelter is≥250KG/m.

3. Base plate: In addition to ensuring load-bearing strength, anti-static floor is laid, and built-in steel structure ensures installation of main equipment.

4. Water resistance: 1 kg/cm2 of water pressure can be withstood.

5. Fire resistance: The shelter panels have self extinguishing fire retardant properties.

6. Wind resistance: can withstand wind speeds of 45 m/s without damage.

7. Anticorrosion: Hot dip zinc plating and rust prevention treatment for all steel, with the amount of zinc plating no less than 550g/m2. Wall panels, top and outer panels are made of aluminum, and other connectors are aluminum sections or stainless steel connectors.

8. Shockproof: Resistance to an earthquake of magnitude 8 on the Richter scale.

9. Thermal insulation: the thermal conductivity of its wall panel and roof panel structure is less than 0.035 Kcal/mph °C.
